About Me

I hold a Master’s in Sport and Human Performance from Adler University in Chicago. Before my graduate studies, I completed a B.A. in Psychology at Laval University in Québec City, CA. The theoretical knowledge and field experience I gained during my academic years prepared me to assist and empower high performers to reach their full potential and optimize their performance.

My interest in high performance goes far beyond academia and professional work, as I played competitive soccer and football, and I am a sports fan who genuinely enjoys watching athletes perform at their best. Being a sports enthusiast allows me to be aware of and relate to the mental challenges experienced by high achievers.

I’m a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), accredited by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA)

My Mission

My mission is to empower high performers to reach their full potential and optimize their performance. By emphasizing the mental side of performance and implementing mental skill training to their skillset, performers can develop mental resilience, confidence, attentional focus, emotional control, and the ability to reach peak performance under pressure.

As a mental performance consultant, I can design and apply science-based and results-driven mental strategies to help high achievers reach their goals and peak performance. My objective is to help high performers by developing a mental skills toolbox that promotes performance and well-being they can use to be the best version of themselves on and off the field.
