Individual Sessions

I provide one-on-one sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each performer. In this collaborative process, we will work on mental skills and strategies to enhance performance and reach personal goals.

Working on mental skills such as self-awareness, attentional focus, and self-confidence by building an individualized mental toolkit with strategies like goal-setting, visual imagery, and productive self-talk can optimize your performance on the field and well-being off the field.

Individual consultations can take place in person or via Zoom.

Group Sessions

I can facilitate group sessions for performers who share a similar environment. These sessions aim to reflect and discuss as a group to develop mental skills and strategies to optimize performance and well-being. The group sessions can cover individual and team skills, and the selected topics will reflect the group's needs and interests.

Groups can consist of 4 to 10 individuals.

Workshops

I provide workshops for large groups of performers or organizations covering the positive influence of performance psychology and the implementation of mental skills training. These educational sessions are designed to teach foundational concepts and provide applicable strategies to improve performance and well-being.

Topics covered in these workshops can range from general mental skills training to more focused issues, such as stress, performance anxiety, injury rehab, and athletes’ life transitions. The topics are pre-selected to suit the group’s needs.

Workshops require a minimum of 10 participants.

Team Performance Optimization

I provide services for teams and organizations that aim to improve their team performance by implementing interventions focusing on mental skill training.  This process usually occurs throughout a year or season and is tailored to delve into the group functioning by developing mental strategies to address potential challenges and reinforce strengths.

 

Team skills such as leadership, communication, and team cohesion could be explored and combined with individual skills like self-awareness, attentional focus, and self-confidence to improve performance and team functioning.

 

With the aim of attaining the most efficient practice, observation and intervention in the performance environment will be strongly encouraged.
